1. Who can subscribe to Dual Investment products?
All registered CoinEx users (excluding sub-accounts) who have enabled 2-factor Authentication (2FA) can subscribe to Dual Investment products.
2. Which users is this product suitable for?
(1) Users seeking to buy low/sell high or take profit:
If the target price is reached at the product's maturity, the subscription cryptocurrency will be converted. Therefore, with Dual Investment, users can buy low or sell high while earning interest income, and also receive interest provided by the product. You should still be aware of the investment risks.
(2) Long-term holders:
Regardless of whether the cryptocurrency is converted at maturity, you will receive returns. By reinvesting in low-risk Dual Investment products, you can achieve compound returns. You should decide on multiple investments based on their own risk tolerance.
3. Will the annual percentage yield (APY) of the product change after subscription?
No, the APY is fixed right after the subscription.
4. Can I redeem early before the maturity?
No, once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or redeemed early before the maturity date. Therefore, please make sure to carefully review all order details before subscribing.
5. Is there a minimum subscription amount for Dual Investment products?
Yes, each Dual Investment product may have different minimum and maximum subscription limits. Please refer to the subscription page for details.
6. Is Dual Investment available to users in all regions?
Since cryptocurrency-based investment products are not permitted in all regions, please ensure that you comply with local laws and regulations before subscribing and bear the associated risks.
Dual Investment Returns and Risks
1. Is there a risk in Dual Investment?
Yes, Dual Investment is a high-yield and non-principal-protected financial product with high risks. The risks include:
(1) Asset lock-up risk: The subscribed assets will be locked and cannot be redeemed before maturity.
(2) Market volatility risk: Significant market fluctuations may result in discrepancies between the settlement price and the target price, potentially leading to missed opportunities for better buy or sell prices and resulting in losses.
2. Are products with higher yield better?
Since the yield is linked to the target price, a higher yield does not necessarily indicate a better product. The returns and risks are correlated, so you should choose products based on your risk tolerance and preferences.
3. Can investment losses be recovered?
As a non-principal-protected product, CoinEx is not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations, and investors bear the risks.
Operations and Account Management
1. Where can I view my subscribed products?
After subscribing, you can view the details of your Dual Investment products under [Assets] > [Earn] > [Dual Investment], including subscription amount, target price, annualized yield, etc.
2. Where can I check my earnings records?
When earnings are distributed upon maturity, you can view the earnings for each product under [Assets] > [Earn] > [Dual Investment Records].
3. Where will the principal and returns from Dual Investment products be credited after maturity?
The principal and returns of Dual Investment products will be automatically credited to your Spot Account upon settlement.
Risk Disclosure
Investment constitutes a non-principal-protected digital asset investment product. The investor acknowledges and agrees that both the invested principal and any potential returns may be partially or fully lost due to cryptocurrency market volatility, regulatory or policy changes, or other unforeseeable events. All investment risks shall be borne solely by the investor, and the Platform shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising therefrom.
Upon subscription, the Product shall be irrevocable and non-redeemable prior to maturity.
