1. Participation Requirements & Restrictions
(1) What are the requirements for participating in Fixed Savings?
All registered CoinEx users can subscribe to Fixed Savings products without any additional requirements.
(2) Can I subscribe to Fixed Savings products with sub-accounts?
No, subscripting to Fixed Savings products via sub-accounts is not yet supported.
2. Subscription & Interest Calculation
(1) Is there a subscription limit for Fixed Savings?
Yes, Fixed Savings has a minimum subscription limit. Specific limits are displayed on the subscription page.
(2) When will the earnings be settled after subscribing to a product?
Earnings are automatically settled upon the product’s maturity, and both the principal and interest are redeemed to your Spot Account.
(3) How are the earnings calculated? Are there any fees?
Earnings calculation: Estimated Earnings = Subscription Amount × APY ÷ 365 × Lock-up Period (Days)
Note: CoinEx doesn’t charge any fees for its savings services. However, early redemption will not yield earnings.
3. Redemption & Fund Status
(1) Can I redeem my funds early while it is still in the lock-up period?
Yes, you can redeem early, but early redemption does not generate any interest. Only the principal will be returned.
(2) How long does it take for the redeemed funds to arrive?
There are two scenarios:
- Redemption at maturity: Principal and interest are credited to your Spot Account instantly upon maturity.
- Early redemption: Principal is credited to your Spot Account instantly, but no interest is distributed.
(3) What happens to pending orders if the product is delisted?
There are three scenarios:
- Existing orders will remain unaffected and continue to accrue interest according to the original terms, with earnings distributed upon maturity.
- Delisting only affects new subscriptions; existing users will not be impacted.
- CoinEx will notify users in advance through announcements or other means before delisting a product.
4. Earnings & account management
(1) Where can I view my subscribed products?
After a successful subscription, you can view your subscribed products under [Assets] > [Earn Account] > [Fixed].
(2) Where can I check my earnings records?
After earnings are distributed upon maturity, you can view the earnings for each product under [Assets] > [Earn Account] > [Earnings Records].
